The University awards President’s List honors to students who maintain a C-N and cumulative grade point average of 4.0 each semester.
The University Relations office uses C-N’s website and hometown newspapers across the country to note students’ diligent efforts and well-deserved accolades. Press releases are typically provided to papers in the student’s zip code of home address within eight weeks of the semester’s conclusion.
At the end of each fall and spring term, the Academic Affairs Office produces the Dean’s List. Those who earn a 3.5 or higher GPA (on a 4.0 scale) are given the honor, which includes a letter of congratulations, an invitation to a special reception co-sponsored by Provost Dr. Jeremy J. Buckner and the Alpha Chi Honor Society and a public announcement through the University Relations Office.
